18 seconds by George D. Schuman

18 seconds is a debut thriller by 20 year police veteran, George D.Shuman.

Serial killer Earl Sykes was never caught for his vicious murders.  Instead he has spent the last 30 years in prison for a deadly traffic accident.  Now on parole, he returns to Wildwood, New Jersey – and to abducting young female victims for his gruesome games. This time though, he has two women hot on his trail. One is Sherry Moore a beautiful blind woman who possesses the extraordinary psychic ability to "see "  the last 18 seconds of a dead person’s memory just by touching them.
The other is newly appointed police lieutenant Kelly O’Shaughnessy who has no idea what she is up against. As the two women join forces, they unwittingly become the hunted.  This is a terrific tale that keeps you glued to the page until the explosive ending. Shuman will be an author to watch out for.
