Flight Lessons by Patricia Gaffney
I was not surprised to read in last week's Chronicle that Levin has the fourth largest elderly population in the country.
Our Large Print books are the most heavily borrowed collection in the library. New additions to this collection are well appreciated and this week I have a couple of good armloads. Amongst them are some popular authors. One such title on offer is Flight lessons, the poignant story of two women struggling to come to grips with a past that haunts them both. Patricia Gaffney tells the story with grace and warmth and reminds us once again that there is no place like home.
