So little time - tell me about it by Nancy Butcher

Chloe and Riley Carlson find themselves doing the same thing everyday - they are in a rut.

They overhear Andrea Ripner talking about a raging party going on on Saturday. Chloe and Riley decide this is what they need to spice up their lives. They do everything they can to try to get Andrea to invite them. Andrea leaves flyers on a table saying "Ask Rafe the usual question to get into the party". The girls try to find out who Rafe is and are unsuccessful. Meanwhile they have to cover for their friend Sierra, and say they are doing a science project. Sierra's mum doesn't buy this. Riley has to borrow an electricity project to cover up so that Sierra can peform at KMAL (a radio studio) so that the twins can tag along and meet Brian the DJ and ask him to the party as that is the only way they can get in.

He agrees to pick them up at midnight when the party is due to start.  But Chloe and Riley sleep through the whole thing!
I really enjoyed this book.
